This site miloengai.com is personally maintained and focuses on providing precise engineering calculation tools—general-purpose tools are free; pro-tier calculators may require a one-time purchase per product (see section 1.5). The content is for learning, reference, and personal use only. It has no affiliation with any brand or third-party institution.

Welcome to our website. Please read the following terms carefully before using our tools.

Most single-point calculator inputs and results are processed on your local client device. Exception: the multi-fluid fluid properties tool (/tools/fluid-properties) evaluates single-point and batch properties on our servers via CoolProp (not fully offline). When you use signed-in batch table export features (e.g. steam or multi-fluid property Excel exports), your export specification is sent to our servers to generate the file; we record audit metadata (row counts, credits debited) but do not use that data for marketing.

1. User Obligations & Payment Disclaimer

1.1. Users must comply with local laws and regulations and must not use our tools for any illegal or non-compliant activities.

1.2. Free calculators: General-purpose engineering tools (online lookups, velocity/pressure-drop, unit conversion, etc.) remain free without sign-in. Pro-tier tools offer a preset demo; full parameter editing, intermediate steps, cross-check reports, and export require purchasing the corresponding pro product in Digital assets (see item 1.5).

1.3. Voluntary Tips: User tips are voluntary gifts and do not constitute consideration for services. The developer assumes no additional service obligations or legal liabilities due to tipping.

1.4. Structured data products (pilot): Sellable digital assets are listed in the Digital assets catalog. Visitors may browse without signing in; purchase and full-bundle download require sign-in and a one-time entitlement per product (not a site-wide pass). Overseas users may use Ko-fi Shop; users in China or others who cannot use Ko-fi may submit payment proof (WeChat/Alipay, etc.) on the product page after sign-in, or email `hello@miloengai.com`. Product purchases are separate from voluntary tips (including the tip QR code). Not a license to standard PDFs. See the Metadata library policy. “In preparation” products are not sold as full bundles.

1.5. Pro engineering calculators (pilot): Digital assets lists one-time pro product SKUs (e.g. falling-film evaporator HTC, double-pipe heat exchanger bundle). Each purchase permanently unlocks full features of the calculators covered by that SKU only. Not a subscription; unlock is permanent for that SKU (not metered per calculation inside the unlocked tool). Not a downloadable Excel workbook SKU. Separate from structured data products and credit packs; purchase and manual proof review follow item 1.4. Site admin preview excluded.

1.6. Platform credit packs (pilot): Digital assets also sells prepaid platform credits (e.g. 100 / 300 credits). Credits are consumable, repeat-purchasable, and not permanent entitlements to a catalog product. They power signed-in generation tasks such as large steam or multi-fluid property table Excel exports (shared credit wallet). New accounts may receive a welcome bonus as shown on the product page. Paid credits do not expire while the service operates and your account remains in good standing. Promotional credits (signup bonus and similar grants) are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the grant date; unused promotional balance lapses afterward (see Metadata library policy). Credits are prepaid service units for this site only—not legal tender, e-money, or a general-purpose virtual currency for third-party goods or services (unlike ecosystem-wide tokens such as gaming or social-platform coins). Not a subscription. Purchase flow follows item 1.4; PayPal typically credits instantly; Ko-fi or domestic proof review within 1–2 business days. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless required by applicable law or an explicit refund policy. Platform credits cannot be used for leisure entertainment in item 1.7.

1.7. Leisure entertainment (pilot): Signed-in users may use leisure features in the user dashboard only (e.g. trivia or practice tables, as listed there). Play is metered with entertainment coins, which are separate from platform credits in item 1.6: platform credits cannot be used for leisure play; entertainment coins cannot be exchanged for platform credits, cash, legal tender, or any cash-value prize, and cannot be transferred between users. Entertainment coins are typically granted via daily bonuses, a one-time welcome grant, and similar promotions and are not sold as a Digital assets SKU unless we expressly offer one. AI Sit-n-Go place prizes (when offered) are entertainment coins only, subject to any daily cap, and are not redeemable for cash. Leisure features are for on-site entertainment/practice only, not gambling, and do not offer cash prize pools or redeemable winnings. We may adjust rules, balances, or suspend the feature. See the Metadata library policy and in-dashboard notices.

2. Website Content & Professional Limitations

The content and calculation results are for engineering reference only and should not be used as the sole basis for engineering design, construction, or safety judgments. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of our algorithms, the developer assumes no legal responsibility for the absolute precision of any calculation results or for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of our tools.

3. Prohibited Actions

Any actions that compromise website security or infringe on others' rights are prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Maliciously attacking servers or attempting to reverse-engineer tool source code;
• Using automated scripts for high-frequency bulk calls that lead to server disruption.

All original content and tool algorithms on this site are copyright © 2026 miloengai.com. Material may be used for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution; commercial use requires prior permission.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from the use of tools on this website shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation via email at `hello@miloengai.com`. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and shall be under the jurisdiction of the court at the developer's domicile.

6. Changes to Terms

Any changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
